AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Many of you long-standing Missouri Valley Wrench Club members may remember Dick Carter from Higginsville MO. He was an active advanced collector during the 1970s and 1980s. We are selling his wrench collection.

TERMS: Cash, Cashier’s Check and Business/Personal checks. ALL Checks submitted in payment will be known by the Auctioneer, Bus Haury or be accompanied by a letter of credit from the paying bank stating dates covered, credit amount and made out to Alice Carter. Statements Sale Day Take Precedence Over All Printed Material. Nothing removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents should any occur. Lunch served.
ABSENTEE BID POLICY (NO Exceptions): Absentee bids of $25.00 minimum per individual numbered sale lot will be accepted by the Auctioneer. All bids will be in writing and accompanied by full payment of the bid amount plus 5% handling charge and your telephone number. All bids must be received by the Auctioneer before the auction date. Actual professional packing costs and actual shipping costs will be paid by the buyer to the shipper (UPS Store, Sedalia MO, 660-826-0700). Further, while all tools are represented to the best of our ability and are pictured; all tools will be sold “as is” with no guarantees. Bids will not be executed on any tool “in question” at the auction.
